When visiting a friend of a friend at a dinner party in Volterra a few years ago, I was told by a woman that her husband almost didn’t marry her because he didn’t like her ragu. Apparently, she fixed the problem because they’d been married for 20 years. Mrs. Olga’s ragu brought back memories of a lovely evening. Thank you!
